Enterprise software has no excuse for being bad anymore.

Mobile and web products, internal platforms and the APIs beneath them — built by small senior teams to consumer-grade standards, and instrumented so you can tell whether they worked.

01Our view

Adoption is the only metric that survives the launch.

Internal software gets graded on delivery: was it on time, was it in budget, did it pass UAT. None of those tell you whether anyone opened it twice. The systems that transform how a company operates are the ones people choose to use when a spreadsheet is still available.

That outcome comes from a specific set of decisions. Ruthless scope — one job done completely rather than nine done partially. Latency treated as a feature, because perceived speed is most of perceived quality. Offline and failure states designed rather than discovered. Accessibility as a floor, not a remediation ticket. And instrumentation from the first release, so the roadmap is argued from behavior instead of opinion.

We staff these engagements with small senior teams — the design, engineering and product judgment sitting in the same room — and we ship in weeks, not quarters. Then we watch what real users do and change it.

02Service lines

What we actually do in applications.

Named, scoped and independently buyable. Most engagements combine two or three.

01

Product design & discovery

Deciding what to build, with enough evidence that the decision holds up when it gets expensive.

  • User research, service blueprinting and jobs-to-be-done framing
  • Interactive prototypes tested with real users before engineering commits
  • Design systems built as shipped code, not as a Figma library that drifts
02

Mobile engineering

iOS and Android applications that feel native, work offline and pass review the first time.

  • React Native and Swift / Kotlin depending on what the product genuinely needs
  • Offline-first sync, conflict resolution and background processing
  • Release engineering, phased rollout, crash triage and store compliance
03

Web & progressive applications

Fast, accessible, resilient web products — the kind that score well because they are well built, not tuned.

  • Next.js and React application architecture with server-first rendering
  • Core Web Vitals and WCAG 2.2 AA as build-gating requirements
  • Internationalization, theming and multi-tenant patterns designed in from the start
04

Platform & API engineering

The services, contracts and events that let a dozen teams build without colliding.

  • Domain-driven service boundaries and event-driven integration
  • Versioned, documented, contract-tested APIs treated as products
  • Identity, entitlements and multi-tenancy handled once, centrally, correctly
05

Legacy modernization

Moving off systems that cannot be switched off, without a big-bang cutover nobody will approve.

  • Strangler-fig migration with parallel-run and reconciliation
  • Data migration with provable integrity at every step
  • Incremental delivery of value so the program funds its own continuation
06

Reliability & operations

What happens after launch, which is where most of the software's life actually happens.

  • SLOs, error budgets and alerting that pages a human only when it should
  • CI/CD, infrastructure as code and progressive delivery
  • Product analytics and experimentation wired in from the first release
03Accelerators

We do not start from zero.

Reusable engineering assets we bring into engagements — reference architectures, tested component libraries and assessment methods. They are yours to keep and modify; nothing here is a runtime you have to keep licensing.

Infrastructure blueprint

Platform Baseline

Terraform-defined cloud foundation with CI/CD, observability, secrets and environment promotion on day one.

Component library

Design System Core

Accessible, themeable React and React Native primitives — your brand applied, not a generic kit.

Reference implementation

Identity Kit

SSO, MFA, RBAC and multi-tenant entitlement patterns wired to enterprise directories.

Component library

Sync Engine

Offline-first data synchronization with conflict resolution for field and low-connectivity applications.

04How we hold ourselves

Four commitments, each with a cost.

01Small senior teams
Four excellent engineers who have shipped this before will beat fifteen who have not. Our teams are staffed to that ratio and stay stable through delivery.
02Shipping cadence over milestones
Working software in your environment every two weeks from the start. Progress you can click on, not progress you have to take on faith.
03Accessibility is not a phase
WCAG 2.2 AA is a build requirement in the definition of done. Retrofitted accessibility is always worse and always costs more.
04You own everything
Your repositories, your cloud accounts, your documentation. No proprietary runtime you have to keep paying us for.

Product Definition & Prototype

Six weeks · fixed scope · fixed price

From an idea or a stalled backlog to a tested, clickable product with a costed build plan — fast enough that the market has not moved by the time you decide.

What you receive

05 outputs

  1. 01Research findings and a prioritized, evidence-backed scope
  2. 02High-fidelity interactive prototype validated with real users
  3. 03Technical architecture and integration assessment
  4. 04Design system foundation delivered as production code
  5. 05Delivery plan, team shape and build estimate
06Technology

What we build on — and why it is a shortlist, not a religion.

We are deliberately fluent across the credible options in each layer so that the choice can be made on your constraints rather than on ours.

Most engagements start with a short, fixed-scope diagnostic — three to four weeks, a written recommendation, and a costed path forward. If we are not the right firm for it, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
