Tell us what you are trying to decide.
You do not need a finished brief. The most useful first message is the constraint you keep running into — the thing that has stalled the decision.
- 01
We reply within one business day
A practitioner reads your message, not a coordinator. If the answer is a short email rather than a meeting, you will get the short email.
- 02
A 45-minute working call
Not a pitch. We use it to understand the constraint, the deadline and the internal politics — and to work out whether we are genuinely the right firm.
- 03
A written proposal
Scope, team shape, price, assumptions and the conditions under which we would recommend stopping. Usually within a week of the call.

The four questions we are asked most.
- How quickly can you start?
- Diagnostics can usually begin within two to three weeks. Build teams depend on the shape of the squad — we will give you a real date, not an optimistic one.
- Do you work with early-stage companies?
- Yes, where the technical problem is genuinely hard. We are a poor fit for straightforward staff augmentation at any stage.
- Will you sign our NDA and security requirements?
- Yes. We routinely work under client paper, and we can supply our control documentation, insurance certificates and vendor questionnaires on request.
- What if we are not sure what we need?
- That is the normal case and the best reason to start with a diagnostic. Arriving with a well-formed brief is not a prerequisite.
